About the Doctors

I. Kent Elkington, D.D.S. 
Dr. I. Kent Elkington has been caring for patients in Seaford, Delaware and the surrounding area for over 30 years. He became the sole owner of I. Kent Elkington, P.A. ~ Seaford Dental Associates in 1994, and is committed to helping his patients keep their mouths’ healthy.  

Dr. Elkington is a member of the American Dental Association and the Delaware State Dental Society. He proudly serves residents of the State through the Medicaid program for children and the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services. He received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from Northwestern University Dental School.  

When Dr. Elkington is not practicing dentistry, he gives back to his community through his service to his church and he enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.  
Constantine Piperis, D.D.S. 
We are proud to announce the addition of Dr. Constantine Piperis to our dental team, on a part-time basis. Dr. Constantine received his D.D.S. from New York University College of Dentistry in 2004 and then pursued further training through a General Practice Residency at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens, New York.  

After completing his residency, Dr. Constantine returned to the area to be closer to home and spent several years practicing general dentistry in Salisbury, Maryland. Later, he owned his own practice in New York.   

Since 2015, he has been providing dental care in Delaware, most recently relocating to Seaford, again, to be near his family and join our practice. Dr. Constantine’s favorite part about dentistry is interacting with his patients, helping each and every one achieve and maintain optimal oral health. Whether through restorative or cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Constantine makes sure his patients reach their personal goals of a beautiful smile.   

When he is not caring for patients, Dr. Constantine can be found fishing, hunting, and enjoying the outdoors with his three English Pointer puppies.
